Turn the control dial right and the power light will be on.
Control temperature with control dial (7levels ) and operating light will be on when the thermal function is operating.
If you feel any light electric shock on your body while using the product, turn choice dial between left (I) or right(II) and set the dial when you do not feel any electric shock.
